Gurugram held the top spot with 56% of the leases in the area. Locations such as DLF Cyber City, Golf Course Extension Road, NH-48, and Udyog Vihar saw especially high demand.
Significant interest from occupiers was also demonstrated in Noida's sectors 135, 142, and 18, which are next to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
The percentage of Office Spaces in Gurgaon leased to Indian companies increased from 49% in H1 2023 to 55% in H1 2024, suggesting that domestic businesses are becoming more important in the context of a reviving economy.
Flex office spaces accounted for 26% of the lease market, with Global Capability Centers (GCC) coming in second at 11% and third-party IT services providers at 9%.
